The food is very poor quality I returned a burger has staff finger in it where's the cheese in the burgers charge more but a tiny bit of cheese consumer act comply 2015. staff rude rat boxes are everywhere around the place filthy too many unkept look unclean young staff

Absolutely starving and tired after a long day and didn't want to cook. Pregnant mrs wanted McDonald's and I really didn't but said ok anyway.. got our fries early and waited for our burgers.. got our order and got home.. fries not cooked.. chicken mayo..disgustingly dry.. big mac was ok.. wjat a waste of time and money.. went to put code in from receipt.. says nit recognised.. awful..

Not one to leave a review or even complain usually but had the most ridiculous thing happen this morning.
Ordered a Mars McFlurry which came with the tiniest amount of topping I have ever seen on a McFlurry to be fair I have had some poor ones over the years but this was just pathetic.
Asked the girl at the window if they could put some more Mars bits and caramel in to be told No because there only allowed put a certain amount in which if that is now the amount they put in they shouldnt be branding them as Mars McFlurrys.
Asked for refund which they gave and the ice cream probably went in the bin. Clever business sense 👍

Ordered for delivery. Half didn’t turn up. When we rang them they wouldn’t help even if we went into store. Customer service is vile.

Didn't receive wrap that I payed for didn't get a receipt from screen order and burger looked like it had gone under a car wheel.

Ordered 3 x breakfast meals and 1 x McDonald's Egg Muffin received all 3 drinks 1 x Egg Muffin and the Sausage and Egg Meal.
Went back in and they point blank said I didn't order that then produced the receipt which didnt have the egg meal on it yet we jad the orange i ordered with it and I didn't take any notice when paying as other outlets always get the orders correct, my grand daughter was in the car and clearly heard me place the order the missing order was for my grandson I couldn't wait any longer as I was taking my grand daughter to school, really poor service will not go here again..when we actually ate the muffins the bread was hard too totally unacceptable give this place a miss

Orders made online with uber eats are always cold when they arrive, and in the case of ice cream or milkshake take so long that they melt before getting here, why offer a service if the quality is rubbish?
